Our Company was recertified with the seal of “Inclusive Company”, in the Inclusive Linkage category, a distinction awarded by the National Association of Businessmen of Colombia “ANDI” (for its acronym in spanish) in association with USAID (Reconciliation Program of the United States Agency for International Development), ACDI/VOCA and Deloitte.

This distinction highlights our successful implementation of vulnerable population inclusion practices in the value chains.

The ANDI Foundation seeks to encourage and inspire companies to be increasingly aware of the need to integrate social issues into their business, in order to generate sustainable impact, while improving their economic performance and competitiveness.

This Seal is awarded with a validity of two consecutive years, extended for two more years through the recertification process. Only 16 companies have the Seal of Inclusive Company and only three of them have renewed their certification.

All of the above is a sign of our commitment and responsibility with associations of small cocoa producers for more than 60 years, providing social, commercial, technical and business support in the formulation, implementation and projects development.

The Seal of Inclusive Company reaffirms our purpose of building a better world where sustainable development is for everyone.
