The first 106 Ateneas graduated. Women cocoa farmers graduated from the first module of the program.
Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario (ICA) granted our Company the registrations on its plant materials Cacao CNCh-12 and Cacao CNCh-13, as a result of 15-year research led from its Yariguíes Farm to strengthen the competitiveness of the cocoa-chocolate chain in Colombia.
These new superior materials produce cocoa with outstanding characteristics for use in different cocoa-growing areas and are distinguished by their fine flavor and aroma, their adaptability to agro-ecological conditions, bean size, and their earliness and productivity. They can also fertilize themselves.
