Vidarium, recognized in the Nutresa 2023 Research Awards

We are proud!  For the 15th anniversary of the Grupo Nutresa Nutrition, Health and Wellness Research Center: Vidarium, our Chocolates Business was recognized with second and third place in the Nutresa Research Award 2023.

A special recognition to the Purchasing and Agricultural Development team for their outstanding contributions in the generation of scientific knowledge, which contributes to the continuous improvement of the value propositions to our stakeholders and to the sustainability of the Business in the face of the challenges presented by the environment.

Second Place – Knowledge Application Category: Evaluation of cocoa projects in Colombia: The case of the Rural Productive Association Project (PAAP, for its acronym in Spanish), by: Alejandro Gil Aguirre, Head of Purchasing and Development Team.

Third place – Knowledge Generation Category: Insects associated with severe defoliation of Salmwood in Colombia. By: Pablo Elias Hernández Pérez and Fabio Nelson Vega Galvis, Members of Purchasing and Development Team.
