Once again, Grupo Nutresa was recognized in Merco Talento 2023 ranking as one of the best companies at attracting and retaining talent in Colombia.

As part of MERCO Talent 2023 results presented recently, the monitor included for the first time a ranking of the best human resources teams in Colombia, in the opinion of 148 executives and human talent managers from different companies in the country. In this list, the Grupo Nutresa Human and Organizational Development team ranked second.

Grupo Nutresa was also ranked as the third best company attracting and retaining talent in Colombia, and first in the food sector.

As a novelty for 2023, the monitor included an evaluation on happiness at work, based on the concepts of recognition and professional development. Likewise, this year the ranking was expanded from 100 to 200 companies, as a result of the methodological soundness of the monitor in Colombia.
