The Center for Organizational Behavior Research (CINCEL) recognized the Compañía Nacional de Chocolates among 103 companies as the one ‘most loved by its people’ in a study on Organizational Climate and Commitment done between the 1st of January of 2016 and 31 of December of 2017.

1 This distinction was given due to the high percentage of commitment to the company, meaning the members of the Compañía Nacional de Chocolates family not only want to stay with the company but believe in its objectives and values, and are willing to contribute their passion to fulfilling the organization’s goals. It’s a commitment of the heart and mind that contributes to generating a positive and enthusiastic environment which allows us to reach our goals through leadership and teamwork.

These results also reflect on the company’s commitment to the development and wellbeing of its people, a distinguishing pillar of Grupo Nutresa’s business model. It’s a purpose that has remained relevant in the company’s 98-year history and which we fortify today by generating a diverse and inclusive culture where leadership starts from within and is consolidated through actions done with integrity, allowing for a healthy balance between our employees’ personal lives and their work.
