The results of MERCO Talent 2024 ranked Grupo Nutresa, once again, as the best food company for attracting and retaining talent. Also, for the second consecutive year, the company took the third place in the overall ranking; while the Human Development team was once again chosen as the second best in the country, according to executives and human talent managers from different companies nationwide.

In its 15th edition, the methodology of MERCO Talent consisted of, among others, 76,371 surveys applied to 11 different stakeholders, as well as an evolution of objective indicators of people management.
Merco Talento evaluates a total of 15 talent management variables grouped into three values: quality of work, employer brand and internal reputation.
