We are committed to generating scientific knowledge in food and nutrition, sustainable development and to continuously improving our processes: this is why our Chocolate Business was recognized with third place in the Nutresa Research Awards 2019 with the project “The mathematics behind the chocolate”, which is being developed in synergy with the Mathematical Process Optimization group of the Pontifician Bolivariana University.
