In our Colombian Chocolates Business, we received a 91% score in our Organizational Climate and Commitment 2021 measure.

This evaluation was done by Mercer, world leader in process analysis and perspectives for the development of people and counted with a 93% participation from our employees. With these results we continue to reaffirm our commitment to the construction of a good work environment that brings well-being, care and comprehensive development to all of the members of our company.
