We feel proud of the results of our organizational climate and commitment study

We have achieved the highest results in our history from our organizational climate and commitment study 2019, with an outstanding rating of 92%. The study was carried out by Mercer, a leader at international level in the process of analysis and perspectives in the development of personnel.

1 There was a participation of 96% of our collaborators when, for the first time, 100% of the participants answered the survey in a digital format.

It is a result which reaffirms our commitment with the construction of a good working environment that offers life quality, welfare and a thorough development for all.
